AUGUSTA,WEST VIRGINIA -- Russell O. Wolfe 76, of Augusta, WV passed away on December 28, 2006 at the Winchester Medical Center.
Born July 22, 1930 in Delray, WV he was the son of the late Paul B. Wolfe and Golda Shelley Wolfe.
Russell was a retired Truck Driver, Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, Member of the V.F.W. Post 8849 of Middle River, Md and the Capon Bridge American Legion Post 137.
He was preceded in death by one son Larry Wolfe and two brothers.
Surviving is three daughters Linda Wright, Kathy Wolfe and Karen Pinder all of Baltimore, MD; one sister Kathleen Saville of Augusta, WV and one brother Paul Murice Wolfe of Baltimore. Also surviving is his beloved companion Mary Lou Brock.
Funeral services will be on December 31, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the McKEE Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Wardrope, officiating. Interment will be at the Green Lane Cemetery Delray, WV.
Military Honors will be accorded by the Hampshire County Firing Squad.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 6-9 P.M. at the funeral home.
All arrangements are under the direction of the McKEE Funeral Home of Augusta, WV.
