OBITUARY
DONALD ROBERT MUTCH

Donald Robert Mutch, 87 of R. 1, Mauston, passed away at home in the town of Lindina on Nov 25, 1986. The son of Mary (Milne) and George Mutch was born on Nov 24, 1899 in Elroy. He graduated from Elroy High School in 1918. Donald was united in marriage to Celia Miller on Feb 21, 1928 in Mauston.

Following his marriage he farmed in the town of Lindina. He was a diary (dairy) farmer until 1981. Donald served on the Lone Rock School Board for six years.

Survivors include his wife, Celia; a son, Robert (Lorna) of Madison; a daughter, Norma (Mrs. Wayne) Nelson of Poynette; a sister, Olive (Mrs. Harry) Lehman of Madison and eight grand-children. He is further survived by a sister-in-law, Dorothy Simpson of Cazenovia; a brother-in-law, Ervin Lichte of LaCrescent, Minn., several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and George; sisters, Gladys Mutch and Erma Lichte; a brother, Harold; a daughter, Mary and a grandson, James Mutch.

Funeral services were held on Nov 29 at 11 a.m. at the Crandall Funeral Home. Rev L. A. Benson officiated with burial in the Mauston cemetery.
