LAYTON – Dora Deane Davidson, 81, passed away October 24, 2004 at her home.
She was born May 29, 1923 to Jesse and Effie Elizabeth Lewis Applegate in Circleville, UT. She married Roy “Gilly” Davidson on June 7, 1946 in Reno, NV. There marriage was solemnized in the Ogden Temple on March 23, 1983. Roy passed away July 13, 1990.
Dora was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
She is survived by two daughters, DeAnna Davidson and Cora L. Davidson of Layton. She is also survived by two sisters and one brother, Fontella Simkins, Agatha Nay and Martel (Pat) Applegate. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Bart, Jay, Lew, Owen and her sister Vivian Peterson.
