Adam David Andrulis, 5, died Sept. 1 in Lyons. He was born May 19, 2007 in Great Bend. A lifetime resident of Great Bend he liked the Avengers, like to wrestle and dress up like a cowboy.
Survivors include his parents, Stephen and Michelle (Andrulis) Disque, of the home; four brothers, and two sisters; grandparents, David and Cindy Andrulis of Lyons; great-grandmother, Patty Blair of Great Bend; and great-grandfather, Bernard Pfannenstiel of Great Bend.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Bryant Funeral Home officiated by David Andrulis. Burial will be at the Great Bend Cemetery North. Friends may visit from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Kans for Kids in care of the funeral home.
