attended William O'Field High School and graduated in 1971. Later she attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
In 1974, Linda came to Kansas City, Kansas to join her family. It was here that she met the love of her life and future husband, Eric "Rickey" Bell. On October 12, 1978, they were united in marriage. Together, they raised three children.
For eighteen years, Linda worked for Wyandotte Mental Health Center. She was later employed by Kaw Valley Center in the Accounting Department until her death.
