Elizabeth Rhae (Liz) Cook, 33, of Middletown, IN, formerly of Marshall, MO, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN, as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshall, with Pastor William Voelker officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to Liz's children in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell- lewis.com Born Oct. 17, 1978, in Kansas City, KS, she was the daughter of Randy Cook, who survives of Kansas City, KS, and Carol Kluender Cook Brown, who survives of rural Nelson. She had lived in Middletown since 2011, moving from Marshall, and was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. In addition to her father and mother, Liz is survived by three sons, Elijah (Eli) Cook Brown, Ethen Cook and Eric (Benjamin) Cook Ballast; one sister, Lezli Wynne and husband Brian of Sellersville, PA; four brothers, Jeromy, Cody, Randy and Charlie; paternal grandmother, Judy Cook of Kansas City, KS; maternal grandmother, Betty Kluender of Overland Park, KS; stepfather, Martin Brown; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
