Keith was born to Kincheon Lee Dixon (1867–1929) and Annie Elizabeth Wayne (1881–1963). He was married to Cornelia McVicker. Their children-Danny K, Luann and Donna Dixon. Keith was active duty at Ft Bragg at time of his death, he died at Womack Army Hospital per his death certificate.
