Leonard Aaberg was born February 4, 1912 at Webster to Unni and Erick Aaberg. He was baptized and confirmed at the Solor Lutheran church and attended school in Webster. He lived with his parents on a farm near here until their death. He served in the U. S. Army. Burial was made in the cemetery adjoining the church.

In the 1930 US Census he was listed as an 18 year old living with his mother, head of household, and brother Clarence, sister Esther, and grandmother Mrs. June (Unni) Aaberg. His brother George appears in the 1920 census.
