Audrey F. Ward A graveside service is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Memorial Park for Audrey Fern Ward, 91, who died Wednesday following a short illness. The Rev. Jonathan Rainbow of First Baptist Church in Porterville will officiate.Mrs. Ward was born in McClouth, Kan. and lived in Porterville for 50 years. She was a psychiatric technician at Porterville Developmental Center for eight years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Porterville.Survivors include one daughter, Geraldine Baldwin of Porterville; three sisters, Dorothy Baker of Oklahoma City, Doris Zimmer of Edmond, Okla., and Gladys King of Emporia, Kan.; one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.Whitehurst Loyd Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.(Ed. note: Mrs. Ward was born January 1, 1899, and her maiden name was CROSS, per the California Death Index.
