Jim was born in Long Island NY and moved to Florida in 1969. His first marriage was to Elizabeth Anderson with one child born of that marriage. Tracy Elizabeth Cannon Ruscitti was born in 1973. In 1982 Jim married Tracy Lynne Colman Cannon and three son's were born of that marriage. Ryan Patrick Cannon 5.26.1983, Justin James Cannon 5.13.1986 and Jamison Tyler Cannon 11.28.1987.
Jim and Tracy were married 30 years and were living in Fairfax VA when Jim died suddenly of a stroke, he was 60 years old.
Jim was preceded in death by his father in law, Melvin Grady Colman(Mel)and his father, Francis Harold Cannon (Frank). In addition to his 4 children and wife he is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Pease Cannon, his four brothers, Frank, Daniel, Thomas and Timothy. At the time of his death, Jim had four grandchildren, Colin Barbour, Dylan Ruscitti, Ashlyn Ruscitti and Lucy Cannon. Jim was cremated and his remains are held by his wife, Tracy.
