Charles O. Imhoof,73, Dies; Rites Set Friday: PERU-Charles 0. Imhoof, 73, of Denver, died at Dukes hospital at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday following an illness of five months. Born in Miami county June 4, 1889, he was the son of Abraham and Mary Jane Bailey Imhoof. His marriage on May 29, 1920 was to Gladys Mickel. Survivors include the widow; three sons, William and Max, both of Denver and Maurice, of Kabul, Afghanistan; a daughter, Mrs. Janice Ruse, Indianapolis; 6 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Burns, of Denver. He was a member of the First Brethren church in Denver. He was a timber buyer and had lived in the Denver, community his lifetime. Tentative rites, have been set for 2 p.m. Friday at the McCain funeral home with Rev. George Hapner officiating assisted by Rev. Austin Gable. Burial will be in Westlawn cemetery at Denver. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.
