Huntington Acres Homeowners Association and Sundance Valley Homeowners Association; it is 12.6 acres. A name change, in memory of Tommy L. Davis, a Greenwood Village resident and Chairman of the Parks, Trails and Recreation Commission from January 1987 to July 1988, was recommended by the PTR Commission and approved by City Council. The park formally dedicated to Tommy Davis on August 5, 1989.
