752, the Alhambra Shrine and the Eastern Star.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah B. Sivley, two sons, Mark Sivley, Hixon, and Dallas Sivley. Knoxville, Tenn.; stepdaughter. Beth Smith, Hixson; stepson, Christopher Smith. Colorado Springs. Col.; two brothers, Richard Sivley. Chattanooga, and Phillip Sivley, East Ridge; two sisters, Joyce Brock, Signal Mountain, and Nadine Julian, Hixson; and one grandchild.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home. North, with the Rev. Frank Ladner officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park with rites conducted by the John Henry Pierce Masonic Lodge. The family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
