James Cedell Barrow, 72, of Woodville died Wednesday in Tallahassee.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Woodville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Harvey-Young Funeral Home in Woodville (421-2333).
A native of Medart, he had lived in Woodville since 1947. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. He retired from the electric department of Tallahassee.
