Thomas "Tommy" Irby, 50, of Waller, Texas, died Sunday, August 5, 2012, at Fortress Health and Rehab of Rock Prairie in College Station, Texas. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, August 9, 2012, at the Energy Cemetery, with military honors.

Tommy was born in Fort Worth, Texas, to the late Thomas C. and Elaine (Daniels) Irby. He was a farmer and rancher in Waller, Texas, and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Survivors include his brothers, Clay Irby, of Energy, Randy Irby, of Springtown, and Terry Irby, of Prairie View; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. C10
