Survivors include his wife, Hazel; children, Leslie Carlisle and Sylvia Grotjohn. Hazel and the children are very proud as Leslie was a devout Christian man who loved the Lord. Leslie was a deacon in the taping ministry at Trinity Bible Church. Leslie was also a retired Master Sergeant in the Marines and was an Engineer in the Federal Communications System where he served actively for 18 years. The Celebration of Life with full military honors will be held on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. There will be a continued celebration of life at Cherry Wood Village,1417 SE 107th Ave, Portland, Oregon following the funeral service.
