Doris M. Agee, 71 of Henrico, passed peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Daisy & Woodrow Mills. Doris was a member of Hardy Central Baptist Church in Henrico, VA. She enjoyed reading, sewing and had a great love for her family.
Doris is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Jeff Agee, Sr.; children, Jeff Agee, Jr. (Tammy), Cheryl Kahl (James), Tammy Kahl (Eddie) and James Agee (Debbie); brother, James Mills (Teresa); sister, Iris Walton (Tommy); twelve grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Road, Richmond, VA 23231. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 3, at 11 AM in the Nelsen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park.
