DODGEVILLE - Sylvester W. Mitchell, age 79, of Route 1, Dodgeville, died on Monday, March 5, 1990 in Memorial Hospital at Dodgeville after a brief illness. Mr. Mitchell was born in Dodgeville Township on December 11, 1910. He was married to the former Helen Tennant of Spring Green on October 15, 1953. He has been a lifelong area farmer. He is survived by his wife Helen and a daughter Debra, both of Route 1, Dodgeville; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Bert and Emma Mitchell and a sister Mrs. Margaret Ferguson. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 1990 at 2:00 p.m. at the LULOFF-PETERSON FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville. Rev. Verlyn Harr will officiate. Burial will be in East Side Cemetery in Dodgeville. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
