Joann was born Sept.8,1932in Newark, N J. She passed away July 5,2007,in Johnson City, Tenn. Her service was conducted at Covenant Prsbyterian Church on Sunday, July 8,2007,at 2 P M. Officiating Clergy was Dr. Sharon Amsterz.
Left to cherish precious memories are her loving husband
Vance W. Cheek; her daughters, Linda, Carol and son Vance Jr.Cheek. She also leaves her three grandchildren; Jason, Courtney and Catie the love of her life.
Joann had many close friends that were very dear to her.
She was a gift from God with a heart made of gold and such a kind,loving and generous spirit. God only takes the best.
