Born June 17, 1944, in Aurora, she died Sunday, March 3, 2002, At Edward Hospital in Naperville. Interment will be in Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
Mrs. Ballard had been a member of the BSF Bible Study Group in Naperville for the past seven years.
Surviving are he husband, Bruce Ballard of Naperville; daughter, Sherry Forth of Market Rasen, England; mother, Dorothy Olson (nee Mallette) of Aurora, Brothers; Gerald (Barbara) Olson of Elmhurst, Jack(Jean) Olson of Austin, TX, and Wayne (Dianna) Olson of Hinckley; Sister; Joyce(Ron) Salfisberg, Naperville; and grandchild, Salina Forth of Market Rasen, England.
She was proceeded in death by her Father, Merle Olson.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
