Mr. Yates, 90, of Vago, died Monday at his home. Suriving are a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Suttle of Williamsburg; four brothers, John, Lee, Henry and Silas Yates, all of Vago; three sisters, Mrs. Hanna Loudermilks, Mrs Susie McDurmit, both of Vago, and Mrs Lucy Rose of Akron, Ohio; nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
