        Mrs. Garrett, 62, Dies in Raleigh

Mrs. Beulah Wilson Garrett, 62, of Sprague, died at her home Friday after a long illness.

She was the wife of Dr. T. F. Garrett, New River Coal Co., physician since 1917.

Born in Henderson, Ky., Oct. 18, 1894, she had been a native of Raleigh County since 1917, and was a member of Beckley Presbyterian Church.

She attended Sacred Heart Academy in Louisville, Ky., was graduated from Marshall College, and taught in the public schools of Raleigh and Fayette County until her marriage to Dr. Garrett, May 17, 1916.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Mrs. George McNew of Charleston, and Miss Marie Garrett, at home; one son, T. F. Jr., of St. Albans; and three grandchildren.

Service will be held at 2 p.m. today in Beckley Presbyterian Church by Dr. J. W. Witherspoon. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park at Beckley. The body will be taken from the Keyser mortuary to the church one hour before services.
