"The Sabbath Recorder", Vol 30, No 24, p 3, June 11, 1874.
In Watson, N. Y., May 15th, 1874, of paralysis, Mrs. Lucy R. Stillman, wife of Dea. Joseph Stillman, aged 80 years and 25 days. The deceased for the last two years of her life had been helpless. She met with a change of heart at the age of fifteen years, but was not at this time baptized, but when Eld. John Green came to Petersburgh, N. Y., to preach to that church, she was baptized by him and united with the Seventh-day Baptist Church of that place. She had been a member of the Adams Church, and was one of the constituent members of the Church of Watson, and from this church, she has gone to the church triumphant, and will ever be present with the Lord. She was loved and respected by all who knew her.
