Mr. Agnew had been a resident of Nye County for 12 years according to his obit which also states he was a resident of Beatty.
He served in World War I and was a member of the American Legion Post in Beatty and the Elks Lodge.
He is survived by two brothers and a sister.
His brother Richard Agnew and sister Mrs. Ralph H. Gebhardt, both of Billings, MT, made the trip to Tonopah for the funeral.
