William Larry Davenport, 72, of White Stone, Va. died on July 5, 2012. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Shelva Jean Davenport; a son, Larry R. Davenport of Williamsburg, Va.; two daughters, Janet L. Hernandez and her husband David of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Debra Jean George of Orange, Va.; three grandchildren, Kelly Ann Davenport, Kyle W. and Nakita L. Hernandez; two great grandchildren and a very special friend, Debbie West of Newport News, Va.
Graveside services were held 2:00 p. m. Sunday, July 8, 2012 at White Stone United Methodist Church.
