Howard is greatly loved and missed by his wife of 30 years,Sheryl and his children Ben,Mathew,and Erin. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with his entire heart and soul. Howard was also a true man of the mountains and believed that West Virginia was "Almost Heaven".
