Norm was born to Ulrik and Helen Larsen. He was the middle child in a family of ten children. Specifically, Norman was child number five.

God guided him through this life and home to Heaven-side. Norm served in the U.S.Army during the Korean War, earned a law degree, served as a civil litigation trial lawyer, and was elected into U.S. Supreme, Circuit, and District Courts in Minnesota.

He was married for 30 years to Betty, and is missed by all his family, friends and his cat, too.
