Bill was a retired Construction Superintendent for Miller-Norfolk Construction Company, Lemoyne. He was an United States Army veteran, a member of Enola American Legion Post 751, the Lower Allen V.F.W. Post 7530, the Mechanicsburg Club, and the Enola Sportsman's Association.
Surviving is his wife Holly E. German; two nieces, Kim Euker and Kimberly Morgan; his sister-in-law Cathy Shaffer and her husband Donald; brother-in-laws, Mark Troup and Lawrence Troup; and his loyal companion Augie, his dog.
