Survived by two sons, Roger Dale of Holdenville and Ronnie Don of Seminole; two daughters, Teresa Alexadrana of Oklahoma City and Lisa Roger of Holdenville; seven siblings, Doris Spurill of Allen, Margie Dodd of Wewoka, Betty Cook of Eufaula, Belva Krause of Bowlegs, Eddie Gaines of Springville, Texas, Jerry Gaines of Holdenville, and Jimmy Gaines of Moore; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
