Funeral services were held at St. Joseph Church for
Ms. Christina Kissinger, 59 wife of Police Sergeant Jacob H. Kissinger, who died at St. Mary's hospital of a paralytic stroke.
Christina & Jacob were married at St. Joseph Church, Evansville, IN.
She was a homemaker, the mother of 5, a lifelong resident of Evansville and a member of the St. Anne Altar society.
Surviving were her husband, Jacob; three daughters, Leona, Dorothy and Loretta; two sons, Paul and Leo, and a sister, Mrs. Frank Hoffman.
Christina M. is the daughter of Henry Holthaus and Magdalena (Heyns) Holthaus and she was born in Saint Wendel, IN.
Both Magdalena and Henry were born in Germany.
May she rest in peace throughout eternity.
