Kay (Benner) Lofts, 58, of Pittsburg, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2005, at her home.
She was born June 8, 1947 in Pittsburg, to Rusty and Iva May (Taylor) Pryor.
She attended Pittsburg area schools.
She moved back to Pittsburg in 1999 after living in Springfield, Mo., for many years.
She was the owner and operator of a day care for several years.
Survivors include two daughters, Ronda Castro of Springfield, and Shanin Gant of Pittsburg; father of Pittsburg; four brothers, Raymond Benner, Paul Benner, Charlie Benner and Jackie Pryor, all of Pittsburg; one sister, Mary (Pryor) Heater of Pittsburg; a very close friend, Buddy Rasnic, who helped provide for her care, of Asbury; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Friday at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home with Rev. Daryl Gaddy officiating.
Burial will be at the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
