MILLERSBURG - Fern A. Hoke, 71, of 798 State St., died Friday, Jan. 14 in Pinnacle Health Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.

Born in Elizabethville, she was a daughter of Susan Shade Uhler of Millersburg and the late Nevin Romberger.

She was retired from the former Puritan Fashions in Millersburg; and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Millersburg. Women of the Moose Chapter 1083, Pleasant Hill Grange No 1358 in Killinger, Elizabethville American Legion No. 404 and Gratz Veterans of Foreign Wars No. 2385.

She was the widow of Grant F. Hoke. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are two daughters, Dawn A. Hoke and Kathy H. Hoy, both of Millersburg; a brother, James E. Romberger of Williamstown; four grandchildren; and four great-granddaughters.

Services and Women of the Moose services were held Tuesday, Jan. 18 in Hoover Funeral Homes, Inc. of Millersburg. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery, Berrysburg.
