JONTE
Many here will be saddened by the death of Mr. Winston Jonte, which occurred yesterday morning at 3 o'clock at his home in Louisville, due to pneumonia. Mr. Jonte was about 38 years of age and the son of the late George Jonte, Sr., of Harrodsburg. He was well known here where he frequently visited his parents, coming from Louisville where he had been in business for years. At the time of his death he was with the Maloney, Davidson Wholesale Produce Company, and one of their most valued men. The funeral will be in Louisville and the body will be brought here Saturday on the 10:45 a.m. train, with burial in Spring Hill Cemetery in the family lot beside his father. There will be a short service at the grave by the Rev. T. Hassell Bowen, pastor of the Christian church.
