Clara M Wilkening, 86, died Thursday, Nov. 17 1994, at home.
She was born in Oswego N.Y., and reared in Interlachen. She had been a resident of Bluff City for the past 10 years, coming from Interlachen. She was a retired registered nurse. She was a member of the Ryder Memorial Presbyterian Church in Bluff City. She previously attended the Interlachen United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Albert Wilkening.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Freeland of Bluff City; two sisters, Mary Sanders and Ruth Cutrer both of Palatka; four brothers, Paul A. Custead of Interlachen, Homer J Custead of Orange Park, George L. Custead of Granada Hills, Calif., and Elmer B. Custead of Bethesda, Md; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 3pm. Saturday at Masters Funeral Home in Interlachen with Rev. Gordon Falkner officiating. Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery in Interlachen. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd 18 Nov 1994.
