Mrs. Abbott was a member of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late George and Sarah MacKay Gorman. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Janice M. and Jane M., both of Lancaster; and a brother, John Gorman, Natick, Mass."
