Harriette Frago Crelin, 85, of Long Branch, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Jersey Shore Care Center, Eatontown. Mrs. Crelin was a lifelong resident of Long Branch and had worked as a waitress for Freddie's Pizzeria, Long Branch, retiring 30 years ago. In retirement, she enjoyed organizing many activities and events for the residents of Oceanpointe Towers. Her family will remember her as a loving and nurturing mother and grandmother, she will be missed.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Q. Crelin, in 1986; her son, Bobby Crelin, in 1999; and her son-in-law, Wally Hennessey, in 1992. Surviving are her children, John Q. Crelin III and his wife, Colleen, Long Branch, Theresa Buteau and her husband, Robert, Toms River, and Patricia Hennessey, Long Branch; brother, James Frago, Ocean Twp.; sisters, Nancy Pietrunti, Ann Yitiarus and Dottie Sitko, Rhode Island, Gloria Cook, Tuckerton, and Liz Lavollo, Florida; grandchildren, Robert Mincieli, Robby Hennessey Jr. and Vinny Hennessey, Cris Tremper, Michael Buteau, Jon Jon Crelin and Jessica Crelin; great-grandchildren, Dominic, Arianna and Julianna Mincieli, Ryan, Jacob, Bobby and Lukas Hennessey, Connor and Gavin Buteau and Monica and Darren Tremper.
Visitation will be at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell St., Long Branch, NJ. Interment will follow at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport, NJ.
