Sadie Virginia Collins Clark. 81. went home to be with jesus, Saturday February 11 2012, at
Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.
A 2:00 pm Funeral services,will be held Tuesday February 14 2012 at the Ray Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Roy Little officiating will follow at the Mount Herman United Methodist
Church Cemetery.
A Stokes County native, Sadie was born August 23, 1930 the daughter of Frank and Ressie
Bullins Collins. she was employed by UNIFI and attended Dan Valley Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceeded in death by her husband Charlie Clark; 4 sisters
and 6 brothers.
Sadie is survived by 7 childern, Linda Edwards and husband Mike of Mount Airy, Brenda
Gentry and husband William of Mayodan, Christine Lawson and husband Mike of Ramseur.
Katht Manuel and husband Sammy od Reidsville, Charles Dean Clark and Wife Cindy of
Madison, Ricky Clark and wife Renee of Stoneville and Vickey King and husband Mark of
Mayodan; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildern; 3 great-great grandchildern; sister Mary
Lou Collins of Kinston.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 pm Monday February 13, 2012 at Ray
Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Vickey King,
