A lifelong resident of Union Township and West Milton, Mr. Miller had taken a leading part in the affairs of his community for many years. He was prominent in Republican political affairs of the county for a number of years and was well-known throughout the county.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Miller; and two sons, Lester of West Milton and Howard of Piqua.
He was a member of the Christian Church at West Milton and also of the Masonic fraternity.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday from the West Milton Christian Church at 2 p.m. Burial to follow in the West Milton cemetery.
