Mrs. Amstutz was predeceased by her husband, Wayne Dale Amstutz and her son, Wallace D. "Wally" Amstutz. Survivors include daughter-in-law Yow Yi, of Dallas, Texas and two grandsons, Nathan Amstutz and Mitchell Amstutz, of Dallas, Texas and Georgia.
