Friedrick W. Harke, 84 of 335 Cleveland St., Brillion, died January 24, at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton, after a lingering illness.
He was born April 5, 1896, at Crystal Lake (Marquette County), son of Henry and Auguste Behnke Harke. Mr. Harke married Lillie Riemer on December 17, 1921 at Rantoul. He was employed at Brillion Hardware for many years. Mr. Harke was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion.
Survivors are this wife; a sister, Mrs. Eddie (Meta) Ferch of Milwaukee, and a brother, Albert of Brillion. Six sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion. The Rev. Terry Deters, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
