Jerome Burley "Pap" Blake, 69, of Moundsville, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Acuity Care, Bellaire, OH. He was born December 02,1942 in West Virginia.
Jerome was a retired tree trimmer who enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to flea markets.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Blake; father, Burley Blake and his step father Ray Haught.
Jerome is survived by his mother, Wanda Cook Haught of Moundsville; daughter, Kim Blake of Moundsville; step daughter, Carmalou Darrah of Roswell, GA.; six grandchildren, Lisa (Phil) Harden of Woodstock, GA., George Porter of Roswell, GA., Shannon Baier, David (Pam) McBroom, Dustin (Amanda) McBroom and Harley McBroom all of Moundsville; five great grandchildren, Alexander Edgel and Joseph Porter of Woodstock, GA., Dakota and Montanna Dilts and Peyton McBroom all of Moundsville; three brothers, Phillip (Jackie) Blake of VA., Roger (Nancy) Blake of TN, and Douglas (Marianne) Blake of Alabama; sister, Donna (Bill) Rogers of Ohio; several nieces and nephews.
