In the year 1878, he came with his parents to Sandwich, where he has resided ever since. He was married to Katherine Hickok, December 2, 1880.
He was in the employe of the Sandwich Manufacturing Company for the past 40 years.
His sickness has confined him to his home only about two weeks.
Mr. Eberly was of a happy, congenial disposition, and will be missed by his many friends.
He leaves to mourn his death, his wife and daughter, Mrs. L.P. Broehl, and a son, W.C. Eberly, both of Chicago, and one grandchild Katherine Eberly.
Funeral services were held at his late home, Sunday afternoon, conducted by Dr. J.M. Lewis. The burial was at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
