Earl Elizabeth (Garner) McNeil was born on September 11, 1947 at home in Albany, Bryan, Oklahoma, USA to Charlie A. and Pearline Beatrice (Flinn) Garner. She passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the age of 64 years, 7 months, and 17 days. Earl Elizabeth Garner married Grover Cleveland McNeil, Jr on January 22, 1963 in Calera, Bryan, Oklahoma. She worked at Western Textile as a seamstress and later became a mechanical engineer on commercial sewing machines for over 30 years. Mrs McNeil enjoyed shopping, gardening and spending time with her daughter Beth and her grandson Chris. She traveled a lot in her younger years on vacation to the Bahamas, Cancun Mexico and in various states in the United States. She liked boating, fishing and had a green thumb. She enjoyed family outings at Weddings, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Always willing to help anyone.
Earl Elizabeth(Liz) McNeil is survived by daughter Elizabeth (Beth) Ann (McNeil) Crone of Duncanville, TX., grandson Christopher Devin Crone of Duncanville, TX., sisters Frances Lorita (Rita)(Garner) Parish of Bullhead City, AZ., Carol Jean (Garner) Hyten of Mesquite, TX., brothers Jerold William Garner, Sr. of Plano, TX. and John Henry Garner of Mesquite, TX.
Mrs. McNeil is preceded in death by her parents Charlie A. and Pearline Beatrice (Flinn) Garner; husband Grover Cleveland McNeil, Jr. in 1989; brothers A.L. Garner and Charlie A. Garner Jr. and sisters Lillie Belle (Garner) Williams and Dorothea Mae (Garner)(Green) Randall.

Services held at Laurel Land Memorial Park Chapel Dallas, TX on Friday, May 04, 2012 at 12:00pm. Family and friends night was on May 03, 2012 from 06:00 to 08:00pm.

Officiating: Rev. Dr. Quesenbury

Pallbearers: John Garner, Shawn Garner, Christopher Crone, Loyd Williams Jr., Darrell Feller and Nick Padilla.
