OBITUARY:
Evening Tribune (San Diego, CA) - Wednesday, May 24, 1989
A rosary and a Mass for Ardella J. Martin, 63, of Mission Hills, were said today in St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery. Goodbody Mortuary was in charge. She died Saturday in her home.
Mrs. Martin, a native of Texas, lived in the county 49 years. She was a registered nurse and the widow of attorney O'Neill T. Martin.
Survivors include three sons, Patrick, Christopher and Nicholas, all of San Diego; two daughters, Loretta Moore of Poway and Susanne, of San Diego; her parents, Lewis and Billie Mitchell of Escondido; a brother, Lewis Mitchell Jr. of La Mesa; a sister, Bobbie Cast of Santa Ana; and seven grandchildren. The family suggested donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Joan Kroc Center.
