Hazel Mae Chapin Boulton, aged 92 of Milford, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Milford Health Care Center. She was the widow of the late Howard Boulton and is survived by her daughter, Linda Boulton, of Milford and her son, John Boulton of Vermont; grandson, Scott Boulton and his wife, Laurene and their sons, Chase and Cole, all of Derby; granddaughter, Tracey Lajeunesse of Ansonia and her daughters, Heather and Jennifer; grandson, John Douglas and his wife, Angela Boulton and their children, Andrew and Ava of Woodbridge; cousin, Mildred Mayer of Brookfield; and many nieces and nephews.
