Jerry Clifton Rice is the son of Robert Samuel Rice and Carrie Winnie Overton Rice. Jerry was one of 9 children. Jerry married Jane Floyce Dodd on September 13 1955. Their son Jerry Carlton Rice was born on July 6 1956. Jerry was the father of two other children, Michael Landon Rice-Ramey and Patricia Ann Rice. Their mother is Shirley Joyce Denson-Rice.
Jerry was a member of the Unired States Marine Corps in the 1950's.

Jerry was a Jack of all trades and during his life he worked as a carpenter, a carpet layer, a driver and many many other crafts. Jerry worked as and played Santa at lease once.
In his later life Jerry met and become the mate to Peggy Cash.
The two of them lived together untill Peggy left to be with God.

The two of them now sleep together side by side in the Shiloh Cemetery.

Jerry was also married to another woman before Peggie whos name has been lost. Jerry was very hurt when she passed away.
