Sidney Daily News (Sidney, Ohio):

"Eugene H. Doseck, 68, 207 N. Walnut Ave., was pronounced dead on arrival Friday morning at Wilson Memorial Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Sidney Rescue Squad transported Doseck to the hospital after his body was found at the Stag Bar, corner of Poplar Street and West Avenue. Dr. Jerome Mestemaker, deputy coroner for Shelby County, said it was determined Doseck died of natural causes.

He was born July 9, 1917, in Miami County, the son of Henry and Pearl Doseck.

He and Bessie Jenkins were married in March of 1963. She survives with three children, Stephen Doseck of Piqua, Robert Doseck of Sidney and Mrs. John (Sandra) Karnehm of Piqua; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Two brothers, one sister and one half-brother preceded him in death.

Mr. Doseck had been employed as a machine operator at Monarch Machine Tool Co. prior to his retirement in 1981.

Services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Cromes Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Glen Cemetery, in Port Jefferson.

Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 p.m."

Records of Glen Cemetery and Graceland Cemetery indicate Eugene Doseck was actually buried in Graceland Cemetery. Cromes Funeral Home records indicate the family changed the place of interment.
