Hermie Thedocia Stiles Lawson, died Friday, Jan. 15, 1965. Services was held at the Free Methodist Church, Wednesday, January 20, 1965, with Rev. John Rupert officiating. Music was by Ken Fosket and Helen Fosket; with Mrs. Helen Hussey the organist.

Mrs. Lawson was born in Macon County, N. C., May 6, 1888, to the late Judson J. and Ella Bates Stiles. She was the Great Great Great Granddaughter of Revolutionary War Soldier John Stiles.

Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery.
