Miles M. McElravy

Sandborn --Miles M. "Doc" McElravy 91, Of Sandborn, died Monday at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon. Born July 31, 1902 in Greenup, Illinois, he was the son of George and Lilly (Titus) McElravy. He was a retired farmer and member of Sandborn United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Neenah (Baily) McElravy; three sons, Gordon McElravy of Sandborn, Donald McElravy of Odon and Darrell McElravy of Plainfield; one daughter Louise Nebergall of Greenwood, formerly of Bloomington; one sister Alice Kemp of West Franklin, Illinois. Nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Mary (Kingery) McElravy and three brothers.
Services will be 11 a.m. today at the Anderson-poindexter Sandborn Chapel in Sandborn with the Rev. Lawrence Tedrow officiating. Burial will be at Sandborn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. until services today at the funeral home.
