Frederick Donald Seal, 50 of Tazewell died Wednesday, Feb 5, 1986 at his home. He was a member and deacon of Springdale Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, of Tazewell; three sons all of Tazewell; mother, of Tazewell; one sister, ; one brother. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Springdale Baptist Church with the Revs. John Hatfield and Woodrow Bailey officiating. The body will lie in state one hour before services. The family will receive friends tonight at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell.
